The challenge

I have treated Ed for various things in the past including knee, lower back and neck issues but a long side treating his injuries I educated him on ways to improve his performance. Ed is a keen cyclist and has traveled abroad many times and taken on many cycling challenges in places like the Alps etc.

Our solution

I showed him exercises from the Buteyko Method and the Oxygen Advantage to improve his respiratory system and therefore improve his athletic output.
