The same injury coming back every time you build mileage
Most running injuries are overload problems: the body is asked to do more than it's ready for. Sudden jumps in mileage or pace, hills, hard surfaces and not enough recovery are the usual triggers. The most common conditions amongst runners are Runners knee, Shin Splints and Achilles tendon pain.
Running technique, footwear, strength and old injuries and poor movement patterns all affect how load spreads through your legs. Fixing those is what stops injuries recurring.

Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly. If I think you need a scan or a GP's opinion, I'll tell you.
Will my health insurance cover it?
Most major insurers don't cover sports therapy, but some smaller providers that cover alternative therapies will refund your fees. Check with your insurer.
What should I wear?
No specific clothing is required
A rough description is plenty. I'll get back to you as soon as I'm out of clinic.
