A stiff neck that's hard to turn, especially when reversing the car
Pain spreading into your shoulders or between your shoulder blades
Headaches that start at the base of your skull
Pins and needles or aching down one arm

Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly. If I think you need a scan or a GP's opinion, I'll tell you.
Will my health insurance cover it?
Most major insurers don't cover sports therapy, but some smaller providers that cover alternative therapies will refund your fees. Check with your insurer.
What should I wear?
No specific clothing is required
A rough description is plenty. I'll get back to you as soon as I'm out of clinic.
