The challenge

Dawn came to Billericay Sports Therapy suffering from lower back pain and Sciatica symptoms. The pain was disturbing her sleep and was painful when getting out of bed. It was at its worst when walking her dog, standing at work and when doing housework.

Having assessed her muscle function and biomechanics I determined that Dawns entire muscle system was misfiring causing instability of her lower vertebrae and faulty movement patterns.

Our solution

I used specialist neuromuscular techniques a long side sports massage, spinal mobilisation and re-education of Diaphragm function.
