From Chelmsford to Commonwealth Games

I have been looking after Hayley for many years, since she was a young 13 year old Amateur hurdler at Chelmsford Athletics club. I have dealt with any little niggles, performed regular Sports Massage, specialist Neuromusclar techniques and used the Oxygen Advantage methods. My job has been to keep Hayley injury free through her entire career and to help maximise her athletic performance/output especially during her transition from amateur to professional and then ongoing through her senior career.
